Welcome to our weekly wallpaper series, where we attempt to remove whatever boring standard desktop wallpaper came with your computer, phone, tablet, or any other device with a screen—and replace it with something better. Something, preferably, with four wheels and a fantastic exhaust note.
Toward the end of last year, our team went on a small weekend trip to hang out with our friends over at the Classic Car Club Manhattan. If you're unfamiliar, Classic Car Club Manhattan is the ultimate members-only hangout for automotive enthusiasts. They have an impressive fleet of cars from all different years, genres, and manufacturers for their members to drive as if they are their own. And if driving high-priced classics and brand-new exotics through the grueling streets of NYC isn't your thing, you can just hang out and have a beer like we did. Clubhouse memberships are available, too.
My personal favorites among their ever-changing fleet are the Porsche 964, BMW Z4M Coupe, and the VW Transporter fully done up with knobby off-road tires and all. We can't wait to take a trip back into the city and visit during one of their many events. When we do, you can bet there will be a post about it here on our blog.
