In a year filled with so many challenges, hiccups, and shortages, FCP Euro was proud to be partnered with so many great companies that continued to support us through it all. Our partner awards are an opportunity to recognize those who go above and beyond servicing not only our customers but our company. As we’ve done in every iteration of our Partner Awards, our teams get together from several departments to discuss and debate those partners who stood out to us over the past year. Because this organization is built with the help of so many great partners, choosing just one winner for each category was a difficult task.
One of the categories for this year’s Partner Awards was for a Breakout Partner—one who grew beyond expectations to provide FCP Euro with another trusted and supportive relationship. For 2021, FCP Euro’s Breakout Partner award winner is VIEROL AG. Chip shortages, shipping delays, and a general lack of resources put manufacturers through challenge after challenge last year. Still, VIEROL was able to step up and deliver when it was needed most. Their supply not only helped get customers what they needed, but their 278% increase in supplied products ensured they could help more customers than ever.
The Vaico and Vemo sub-brands have been a part of FCP Euro’s catalog for over a decade, helping their customers with all of their automotive needs. In recent times, FCP Euro has worked closely with VIEROL AG’s Head of Sales in the USA, Lukas Dirks, to collaborate on new product integration and further curate products that fit their extensive catalog and stocking criteria. Dirks’ passion for growing the partnership and improving the retail experience is shown through his regular leads of new product additions that can do well for FCP Euro and their customers.
As an aftermarket automotive parts manufacturer, VIEROL continues to R&D new product solutions that can be offered to replace genuine components through their Vaico and Vemo brands. FCP Euro will continue to support and carry these brands as VIEROL continues to optimize their catalogs towards European vehicle ownership.
