Glide a caliper piston-retracting tool into the spaces in the caliper and rotate the piston with the tool while pushing it into the caliper. You may have to use a C-clamp to secure the piston into the caliper while all together rotating it. Withdraw the caliper until there is enough space between the brake pads and the rotor to glide the caliper over the rotor. You need to stop and examine this by provisionally installing the pads, since you cannot retract the piston with the brake pads already in place. Glide the brake caliper over the rotor when you have retracted the pistons enough and then the caliper bolts. Refill the brake fluid and put the cover back on the reservoir.
